Hello! My name is Valerie Blitz, and I want to share some of my experiences throughout my life, especially in my relationships. I am a certified Life Coach specializing in relationship coaching, certified in hypnosis, personal and professional development, and public speaking. I am bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English, and I am originally from Puerto Rico, which is why I have decided to connect with the Hispanic community.

In my own romantic relationships, I have gone through numerous experiences when I was single, married, and divorced. I tried to find the love of my life but lacked the ability to choose the right person. At that time, I thought I had found the right man, but it was never the case. I never considered that I should have thought about virtues, values, and religious beliefs that were compatible with my own. Reflecting on my life, I realized that if I had known then what I know now, I would have certainly chosen the right man. For this reason, I decided to become certified as a life coach, specializing in relationship coaching and hypnosis; helping couples, singles, and individuals to not give up on finding and maintaining a lasting relationship by making the right choices. If you are in a relationship, I can help you recognize your partner's boundaries, prioritize as a couple, and improve communication and loyalty.

Relationship coaches do not necessarily work with both partners in the relationship. I help clients heal painful thoughts and create their own vision of the relationship. This means that clients are able to enjoy a fulfilling relationship even without their partner's participation in the coaching process.

Relationship coaches also work with people who are not yet in a relationship. I work with single individuals who have a history of painful relationships, who struggle to understand what they truly want in a relationship, or who simply want to follow a plan to find a deeper connection with someone. Relationship and life coaches can quickly uncover the essence of what the client wants to work on with their partner, guiding them through painful situations, and creating confidence in facing their fears and discovering their true desires. I can help you, and there is always a solution to improve; not everything is final. You can save your relationship and find true and lasting love, no matter your age. It's never too late to love and be loved.
